An event that aspires or acts as a movement to reutilize the excessively disposed [[36|tyres]] as canvases for voices. The movement assembles artists from around the city of Bogota and provides them a platform to exhibit their talent as well as their voices. These voices raise various social issues around not just the city, but around the world. This event is associated with the [[17|Museo Libre]].
